"You got a new HP DL.380(2U) server, dual X con 4GB of RAM.
7 SAS disks, 64bit what do you do next to install exchange
2003? (you have AD in place)"
Answer Posted / rajiv parikh
. Exchange 2000 and 2003 are not supported on Windows 2003
64-Bit Edition.
Exchange 2003 cannot be installed on Windows 2003 64 Bit.
The major reason for this limitation is that the
Installable File System (ExIFS) driver runs under 32-Bit
Kernel mode. Exchange Server 2003 doesn't include an
Installable File System (ExIFS) 64-Bit driver version.
Running 32 Bit Kernel mode drivers under 64 Bit Windows
2003 is not supported
