in COLUMN-MAXIMUM REINFORCEMENT WILL BE 6% OF GROSS CROSS-
SECTIONAL AREA AND MINIMAM REINFORCEMENT IS .8%.
IN SLAB -THE MINIMUM REINFORCEMENT IS .15% IN CASE OF ILD
STEEL AND .12% IN CASE OF hysd bars.
