HELLO SIR,
I WANT TO ASK REGARDING PROFESSION TAX OF INDIVIDVAL
IF ASSESEE DOING TWO SEPARATE BUSINESS ON SAME PAN CARD,
THEN HE IS LIABLE TO PAY PROFSSION TAX ON EACH
BUSINESS/ENTITY Rs 2500/- PLS REPLY
Answer Posted / neha
No, He is not liable to pay the profession tax for two
separate business entity coz the profession tax is filing
under the head Individual so there is no need for that. as
the profession tax is filed upon the salary so an
Individuaql is the criteria for that not two separate
entity.
But if ur two separate business falls for profession tax
then u have to file the tax for the same.
