What is the difference between Earthing and Neutral?

Neutral is basically use for providing return path to
complete the circuit.in case of unbalanced load neutral
will show some potential.
on the other hand earthing is used for protection of human
body and equipments.
Earthing has always low resistance than neutral and also
have zero potential.
