NEUTRAL IS USED TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT.
EARTHING IS RETURN PATH FOR LEAKAGE CURRENT.
EARTHING HAS ZERO VOLTAGE.BUT NEUTRAL HAS SOME SMALL AMT OF
VGE.
