cost is an important factor in the organisation. any
decision regarding the production is based on cost. cost
planning, cost controlling will play a vary important role
in any process. any decision taken without proper cost
forecasting will lead to dis agreement with the ore
determined objectives. so it takes important brole in
decision making.
