Sales Tax is 10%
cess on sales tax is 5%
Turnover tax is 1% on net turnover

Sales tax = 1000*10%=100
Cess on sales tax=100*5%=5
Turnover tax=(100+5)*1%=1.5
Then total Sales tax=106.5
