What is Recruitment?
Answer Posted / megha kathuria
According to me Recruitment refers to Creating job
positions in an organisation and then searching for the
prospective employees and stimulating them and encouraging
them to apply for the job in the organization.this process
of attracting them is done through different medias like
advertisements,campus placements,employee
references,consultation agencies,etc.
This helps an organisation to find the right kind of people
for the right type of job and at the right time...
Thanks
