Handover is a technique used when a customer on a call moves
from one cell to adjacent cell,the call must be either
dropped or the call is transferred from one radio channel to
another radio channel,the call cannot be dropped,hence by a
using a technique(handoff)call is transferred from one radio
channel to another radio channel.
