SPC a periodic process inspection in which we can determine
whether a process is staying in control or is potentialy
moving out of control at a given point of time.
1)If we deside to employ SPC, the tactic assumption is that
whole process is in good fit and it should be retained.
2)We need it to determine whether the causes of variations
are common or special through the process.
