Wer is correct. Currently Connecticut in U.S.A. is using a
minor power generator in the kW range. Whereas South Korea
has implemented the largest sea water plant on earth
surpassing France's tidal generator. both operate in the
MW range. Maybe it was a trick question. Hope so because
otherwise it was a foolish question.
