What is the difference between grounding & earthing?

Friends, there's no difference between earthing and
grounding.We follow British english so we usually use
earting.Grounding is used in America.Grounding is an
equivalent word for earthing in US.So never get confuse,we
are free to use what we like.

Why does the speed regulating system adopting I controller have no steady-state error? In this single closed-loop speed regulating system, when the input of the I controller Un=0, what is the output voltage of the regulator? What factors do the output voltage depend on?
