recruiting a candidate.
Its a cycle of process starts with
1)understanding the requirement
2)sourcing the cv's from different sources
3)Screening&shortlisting the cv's according to the JD
4)Conducting the interviews
5)selecting
6)releasing the offer for selected candidate
