firstly 0n 1806 Bank of Bengal was established then after
some decades Bank of Bengal with two other banks bank of
Bombay and bank of Maharastra formed Imperial bank of India
which later on 30 April 1955 became STATE BANK OF INDIA
under RBI ACT 1955.Thus State Bank of India formed.
