DAYS HOLIDAYS PER MONTH)769.23 PER DAY, IN A DAY AS A INDIAN
RULE IS 8 HOUR ,SO 769.23/8=96.50 PER HOUR.SUPPOSE WE
WORKING 10 HOURS OT,WE GET 965 MORE FROM SALARY
