Recruitment is the process of attracting a new person to
apply for the job.
Recruitment has got two types:-
a)Internal Recruitment:Is a process of recruiting people
internally within the organisation.Employees who are
eligible can apply internally within the organisation and
they will be interviewed by the concerned department and if
ok they can move to other position which make them more
confident and loyalty which indirectly benefits the
organisation to achieve the goal.
b) External Recruitment: Is a process of recruiting people
externally.It includes
i)Advertisement
ii)Recruiting Agencies
iii)Campus Recruitment
iv)Referrals
v)Job fairs
vi)E-Recruitment
