I HAVE ONE LAPTOP WHICH I HAVE PURCHASED AROUND 4 YEARS BACK.WHEN I MAKE MY LAPTOP ON CHARGING THE LAPTOP STARTS BLINKING AND THEN THE LAPTOP GETS OFF IMMIDEATELY.SO IS THE PROBLEM OF BATTERY OR CHARGER?
