what is different between expenses (direct) and direct
expenses?
Answer Posted / janaki sonti
The Direct expenses is a type of overhead where the
expenses are directly incurred in manufacturing of the
product.eg.machinery repairs,labour,expenses on special
tools ,consumables purchase etc.etc.
The indirect expenses are the additional expenses which are
incurred after the production & these are the expenses
which are capable of being attributed directly to a
particular product or service.eg. salaries to
staff,rent,warehousing cost etc.
