recruitment is part of hr tasks.. means i wanna be a hr
manager,,,n for starting as a recruiter will enhance my
skills professionally.. not only recruiting...that include
payroll processing, interaction with external
organisations,maintaining data base,training n development,
motivating employees.. n i feel i can do this job
efficiently as i am very much comfortable n effective,
influecing in interaction with people.
i wanna be interface between employees n management.. n
thats wat a job of hr is..
