ORA-24077: cannot create propagation schedule for EXCEPTION queue string.string..

Cause: A SCHEDULE_PROPAGATION was issued for an EXCEPTION
queue. Propagation schedules can be created only for NORMAL
queues.

Action: To propagate messages from a queue specify the queue
type as NORMAL.
