ORA-19654: must use backup controlfile to switch file incarnations..

Answer / guest

Cause: This switchToCopy operation is attempting to switch
incarnations of a datafile, but the currently mounted
controlfile is not a backup controlfile.

Action: Restore and mount a backup controlfile.
