simultaneously altering the instance.

Action: Make sure no one else is simultaneously altering the
instance. If no one is, contact your customer support
representative; otherwise, retry the operation.

I've got a database (Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0) installed on a server.
