Cause: When exchanging a partitioned table with a composite
partition the number of partitioning columns of the table
must match the number of subpartitioning columns of the
composite partition.

Action: Ensure that the number of partitioning columns in
the partitioned table is the same as the number of
subpartitioning columns in the the composite partition.
