1.How will u get the tichets.
2.What is the tool u have used.
3.What is the priority levels.
4.How will u respond for that tickets.
5.If the information is not properly ,then what will u do.
6.u r doing one object and at the same time u got a
ticket,then will u escalate the ticket or what action will
u take.
