in general best o/s should posses max CPU utilization.but in
loadrunner we consider CPU utilization exceed 70% it is a
bottleneck in CPU.explain why?

HI,
in case of loadrunner....performance issue...
we have to achieve optimal performance with minimum
resources....
here ...if talk about CPU-means...if process utilization is
70% max....cpu is busy to cater d requests...isn't it?
so, to serve d futher requests...those requests should
wait...untill d CPU...finish d current processes...ok
till that those requests will be under -Q...
for those q- requests...res..time..will be
increasing...so..performance degrading...understood..
all these r dependent....issues...we have to analyse
v.carefully..then this will be d simple issues....even to
understand...
