1) Mainly for brighter prospects coupled with a better pay
structure. Furthermore, my core competencies being HR, my
current job requirement demanded 85% adminsitration and
5-10% HR expertise.
2) I am looking for a more challenging career in a firm with
a larger employee base such as yours.
3) Keeping in mind my career goals, the time has come for me
to move onto the next rung of the ladder and make a mark for
myself. This canbe achieved in a company like this.
