for laminar flow f= 64/Re
for turbulent flow f is obtained from the moody diagram
using Re and the relative roughness of the pipe.
the relative roughness can be obtained by using the relation
relative roughness = absolute roughness/inside diameter of
the pipe.

Re means Reynolds number
