is the reservations(SC/ST/BC) are consider in group 1
prelimis?if yes then what is the probable cut off for Sc's?

cut off mark for all the categories is same for prelims ...
there is no separate cut off for SC/ST.... well after
getting through the prelims ,SC/ST Quota will be existing
after the mains exams ..... moreover pass percentage for
sc/st is about 30% in the mains exams where as it is 40% for
the general candidates.
