testerday i woke up at 6:30 in the morning, and did my
adl's , den i went for amorning walk at 7'0'clock, i
returned back at 8 am, did some abdominals and cycling ,
den i got ready, had my breakfast at 10 am, read newspaper
along with the tea, then i went for a movie with my
friends, returned home at 2'o clock, then had lunch and
took a small nap., woke up at 5pm, did some studies, and
saw telivision soaps till 9 pm. then i did net surfing 4
two hours, had my dinner and went for a sleep
