BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)is the authorization of
the ownership, administration and operation of a procedure
to a third party. It is divided in two categories. One is
Back office outsourcing which include internal business
such as billing or purchasing and Front office outsourcing
which is Customer related services such as marketing or
techningal support.
