in 0001 infotype we assign cost center.

planned timings are like from mornning 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
0007.

actual timings are like swip in swip outs, we capture the
breaks also, so we store in 0050

the time management status 7 is for without payroll
integration we run the time evaluation then we use the time
management status 7.

rptqta00 we used for no time evaluation

rptime00 used for time evavluation
