suppose the product/appication has to deliver to client at
5.00PM,At that time you or your team member caught a high
severity defect at 3PM.(Remember defect is high severity)
But the the client is cannot wait for long time.You should
deliver the product at 5.00Pm exactly.then what is the
procedure you follow?

Hi Folks,
The Question Says the bug is High Seviarity, but, it is
not Saying About the Priority. if the bug is Low Priority
then the bug can be Fixed with in a Short time, the Bug
which have high seviarity can also have the Low Prority
so,development team can fix it in time then 5n, if not
mention in the Spec as a Not Delivarable.if the Bug is
Fixed with in the TIme then Make that also as a Delivarable.
