Mulitorg is the defining the business rules at the
orginational level as per the requirement of the client.
multi-org is done basically for the 3 purposes setting up
business rules, setting up security and reporting

HI, once we create the standard invoice then we can get journal entry item expense a/c-dr to liability a.c then item it will reflect through inventory, but liability a/c . it will reflect from GL , it is possible .
