Direct marketing is when we sell the product thorugh
catalogs/mails/spam e-mails, where the customer is reached
out directly. The mail or the catalog is sent in the
customers name, so he/she get the feeling of customized
message which is sent to him/her exclusively. While TV and
Radio are broadcast media, so they are mass marketing
mediums.
