can an outsider put a criminal case against members of the cooperative society on personal ground though matter of the society where each member is not paid by the society and does voluntary service , secondly can the police call each and every member after getting bail from the magistrate be called by the police at any time without any proper questions being asked by the police every now and then since in the bail it is written that the police can call the members at any time for interrogation, after going for interrogation one finds that there were no questions asked . thirdly have they to report to th epolice every time they go out of india

Hi,I am 3yrs exp IT Professional. I had attended interviews from two companies and cleared all the rounds in both the companies. for example company 'A' & 'B'. (In both I preferred Company 'B' most).But Company A released the offer letter immediately and company 'B' did not released the offer at that time. So i thought the company is not ready to offer the package which I preferred. So i joined the company 'A'. After 3 weeks the company 'B' released the offer letter with preferred package. Now I want to join comapany 'B'.Unfortunetly i joined the Company 'A' and 3 weeks was completed. Is there any chance to join company 'B'?.If i joined what kind of legal action can be taken on me from company 'A'? Please advice me is it Good to switch now else better to be here in the company 'A'.

Sir my question is on service Tax. We have deposited the amount under wrong code. The basic amount of service tax Rs.7500/- on Clearing & forwarding Agency (code 00440045) was wrongly deposited in the interest code (00440046). Do we have to deposit service tax again or this amount can be transfered to service tax account.
