FREE EXTENT MEANS UNALLOCATED AREA OF A SEGMENT.

WHEN WE DELETE DATA FROM TABLE, EXTENT OF CORROSPONDING
SEGMENT BECOMES FREE.

BUT IF WE ARE TRUNCATING A TABLE IT REMOVES EXTENTS ALSO.
