From the past 2 months r 2 years" I am searching for a
company that that will use my knowldge to improve,
that sucks my blood,
that through me when i am sick,
that hates me,when i became hopeless(Unable to handle
continuous shifts or unable to beg(Communication) in a
right way.
If your company have any principles to overcome
insecurity...list out....(we should ask like that...bcz we
r not tissue paper's)
Interviewer and candidate both r same....
So...candidates....behave like manager....treat interviewer
as dog that looks for food in the form of candidate.
Company's are begging for the candidates through news
papers, and they r make use of candidates...mainly
freshers...
Fresher don't know about work culture or work load...so be
careful...analyze ur self...estimate your work load...ur
pay...ur working atmosphere....everything....
Bcz u can get a job,if u loose one.........
u can't get a life...if u loose one.....
