What are the good qualities for a Probationary Officer ?
Answer Posted / talha ekram
The good officer in probationary period must not insult
other guy especially of your team. Try to learn things from
new environment, discuss the work flow, business process
with team mates, assist your team mate other than your own
work. Keep light and friendly relations with subordinate
staff. Don`t speak boring things, Don`t leak your personal
life initially.
Always keep your promises, Take critical decisions after
consultation with close friend. Do not give excessive
treats. Always dress formal a/c to policy regardless how
your team mates look. Always keep a count on your action,
prioritize carefully and hide all actions which boss does
not like. Keep Hello - Hi relation with non relating staff
as well.
