sap netweaver is next release of sap R/3
IT has batter feater to design business process.
u can say R/3 is a part of SAP NetWeaver 2004s
it contain BI,XI,WORK FLOW AND ABAP TECHNOLOGY.
U CAN BE SPECIALISE IN ONE OF ABOVE.
BUT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH CERTIFIED TRANING.
ABAP CERTIFICATION IS OPEN DOOR FOR NETWEAVER .
BUT CAREFUL SAP TECHNOLOGY IS NOT FOR FRESHER
YOU SHOULD HAVE ATLEASE ONE YEAR OF I.T. EXPERIENCE PLUS
CERTIFICATION .
OTHER WISE YOU HAVE TO BE LUCKY TO GET A BREAK.
