Responsibility,it is the collection of
menus,forms & requests .It will show the menus and
functions associated with the responsibility.
Steps to add responsibility for a specific user:-
1-Go to administrator
2-security->User->Define
3-Query it,by pressing f11
4-enter the username for which u want to add the responsibility
5-then press ctrl+f11
6-then in the line information in the responsibility field
add responsibility then save it
