my stammering problem could be reduced......

Honestly speaking I do not know much about why or how the
stammering problem is caused. However, I can definately
tell you this by past experience, if you practice speaking
slowly rather than rushing up your answers, you will feel
more relaxed and confident while speaking. Most
importantly, if you do have a stammering problem as a
natural part of you, you need to specify this at the
beginning part of the interview in a polite way. This will
make the interivewer aware of your concern and you will not
have to worry about it for the rest of the interview. On
the other hand, you can practice speaking to yourself in
front of a mirror. Give a speech on your favourite topic in
front of the mirror to yourself. It must be very slowly
spoken. Speaking slowly gives you enough time breath
through the sentences and as you start breathing slowly
your tension is released from your lungs. you don't
perspire. Speaking slowly also gives you time to think
before you answer. And the interviewer gets the opportunity
to concentrate on each and everything that you say.
Do some breathing exercises and concentrate on your
breathing. once the inflow and outflow is consistent, the
statements you make will also be consistent.
Lets say you have a long statement to make. You outline
your own pauses in that statement, so when you speak, keep
your commas in mind, keep your full stops in mind. and you
won't be nervous and you will stammer less.
Hope this helps. All the very best.
