May I know exactly what an implementation is??and what is
the exact role of a OracleHR Functional Consultant in
implementing Oracle HR.

implementaiton is carrying out execution. develop test and
execute. An hrms consultant do carry out planning,
requirement gathering, finding out the gap between the erp
application and the client requirement. Analyze the
requirement and givig solutions followed by setup
documentation.
