The main components of an Oracle RAC system are: 1) Clusterware - provides cluster services that manage the nodes in a RAC environment. 2) ASM - manages disk storage across multiple nodes. 3) Database instances - each instance runs on a different node, and they communicate with each other to provide a single image of the database.
