Goods Issue in SAP SCM refers to the process of releasing items from inventory to fulfill a sales order or production order. The Goods Issue document serves as a confirmation that the goods have been removed from inventory. For movement type, the standard one used for goods issue is '03 - Delivery'. However, custom movement types can be defined based on specific business needs.
