Explain if gravity only attracts mass and if light does not have mass why does it appear to bend when passing a planet?

Gravity, as described by Einstein's theory of General Relativity, doesn't just attract mass; it also curves space-time. Light, while having no mass, can still be affected by this curvature and appears to bend around massive objects like planets due to this effect.
