Position-driven HRMS systems manage employees based on their job positions rather than individual records. To set up a position-driven system in PeopleSoft, you can use Position Management, which allows you to create and maintain job positions, organize them into hierarchies, define associated duties and responsibilities, and assign employees to positions. Additionally, you can configure workflow rules and approval processes based on position-level changes.
