Functional Consultant.

JD for SAP ABAP HR:
Work Location: Hyderabad Only.
Work Timings: 11 am IST to 8.00 pm IST
Total Experience: 4 years – 12 years
ABAP HR Experience: Minimum 2 years
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be familiar with development life cycle
IT discipline experience is a requirement in SAP ABAP
Workbench / Development Environment
Skillful in developing and utilizing ABAP Programs Function
Modules RFCs BAPIs Dialog Programming User Exists BADIs
Call Transactions and BDC
Experience with SAP HR modules (Payroll, Benefits, PA, OM,
TM)
Experience with ALE IDocs XML EDI SOAP Web Services would
be a plus
Knowledge of ABAP and ability to debug ABAP programs is a
must.
Develops technical designs from functional spec
Experienced with report development
Experienced in developing interfaces
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Good Communication skills
Academic Qualifications:
BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent with one or more full cycle
implementation experience.
Science graduates + MBA with one or more full cycle
implementations.
Advantages: SAP certification ,exposure to US benefits and
payroll
