TRAINS SOFT SKILLS , STANDARD OF A COMPANY , SHOULD BE
ABLE TO GIVE EFFECTIVE FEEDBACKS TO EXECUTIVE , SO THAT
EXECUTIVES CAN FOLLOW THE QUALITY PARAMETERS .
