so dont panic when u hear this question from interview

maintain ur body laungage which was before the question
n dont be nervous or xcited after tht question
u shd say based on xpreince or study that as per my
achivement i deserve the us visa but incase if luck
dont favour for me , i wont be disappointed and apply for
next time and tell what u will do in that gap like will
give some xam whcih is higher level which will help to
gain my confidence n knowledge so i can catch up my
time which might be wasted if i dont get visa

Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till 10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till 10/10? I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.
The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?

sir i am a nurse....i have applied for f1 student visa,for tofel study....but...they asked to me wht was your mode of study language,,,,ie english..the why u go for tofel? they told me..this time u nr not eligible for visa...and gave one paper.i asked to him sir what is the reason for rejection?they mentioned that fund is not sufficient...but they did not asked about any fund....what should i do for next application...?

My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
