Agile is a software development methodology focused on delivering working software quickly, while DevOps is a cultural and organizational approach that emphasizes collaboration between Development and Operations teams to improve deployment frequency, speed, and reliability. Although Agile and DevOps share similar goals, such as reducing lead time and improving quality, they are distinct concepts.
